You also get to skip the 10% re-stocking fee, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs!
We’re committed to providing fast, affordable shipping! All orders are shipped the same or next day (in-stock items only). All shipments are conducted via UPS. Your shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Costs are determined by your chosen shipping method and your ZIP code.

All shipments are carefully sealed around all edges. Your parts will ship in an unmarked, non-descriptive box for your safety and privacy.
Unfortunately, Federal law prohibits us from shipping internationally or to any PO Box. Sadly, we also cannot fulfill orders to New Jersey. The New Jersey Attorney General has demanded companies stop marketing and selling “untraceable” or “ghost guns”. Please reference N.J.S.A. 2C:39-9g.
Lastly, we can’t ship certain items to states or locales with restrictions or bans in place against those items and/or firearm accessories (like high-capacity magazines).
New, Unopened & Unused Items
We gladly accept returns on new, unopened, unused items within 90 days of shipping for a full refund!
We’re proud to offer you some of the lowest prices on AR-15 parts, lower receivers, and jigs. To keep offering you all these low prices, we must require a 10% re-stocking fee and return shipping cost for returned, non-defective items.
We’re committed to selling only high-quality, American-made parts and accessories. Nonetheless, the occasional blemish or manufacturing defect does make it to the shelf.

Returning an 80% Lower Receiver
We may ask that you submit photos of the receiver and the defect, so we can confirm the issue and correct it.
Partially or Completed 80% Lowers
Some blemishes and defects aren’t readily apparent. If you purchase an 80% lower, start machining it (or finish it) and find it is defective, please stop work immediately and contact us.
Do not attempt to finish the lower or correct the defect yourself. Do not install any parts on the lower. If you have installed parts, do not remove them until we’ve had a chance to talk to you and confirm the problem.
A partial or completed 80% lower may be or is legally considered a firearm. We cannot accept returns on any item that may be considered a firearm in accordance with the Gun Control Act of 1968.
That does not mean that we can’t process a return or exchange for you. If your lower is partially machined or completed and is defective at no fault of your own, we will work to make it right. In order to process a return, the defective receiver may have to be manually destroyed. This typically means cutting the lower in half.
While this may be inconvenient, it is the only way to protect your safety and legal rights.
Cancellations & Refunds
Canceling Your Order
Bought a part and immediately regretted it? Bought the wrong one? No problem! It happens. We accept cancellations on new orders. But remember, we process shipments as quickly as possible.
In order to ensure you do not pay a 10% re-stocking fee or return shipping costs, you must contact us immediately to cancel. We cannot guarantee you will not be charged either fee or cost.
The sooner you call us to cancel, the better!
We process all refunds for returned items within 2 business days of receiving the item in our inventory. We will issue your refund with your original payment method. We will email you a copy of your refund receipt for your convenience. Once processed, your refund should deposit in 3 to 5 business days.
